Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to serve as the central coordinator for all project activities across our sales teams, engineering department, installation crews, vendors, and customers. In this role, the Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution at every stage. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and strong relationshipbuilding skills to maintain alignment among internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment, anticipate project needs, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a seamless experience for customers while supporting the company's commitment to operational excellence and highquality service.

Requirements :

• Must have 3-5 years of project coordinating or construction management
• Must have experience reading and interpreting engineered drawings and blueprints
• Must have experience managing multiple construction or installation projects simultaneously
• Must have working knowledge of warehouse storage systems; including pallet rack, drive-in rack, and pushback equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and project scheduling skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
