• You ll join a patient-focused outpatient eye care practice serving all ages
• Broad scope of care including routine exams, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, and vision correction

• No inpatient responsibilities and no emergency coverage

Schedule

• Four-day work week for consistent work-life balance
• Full-time employed position with predictable clinic hours
• No call requirements
• No weekend coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary range of $147,000 $167,000 based on experience
• Up to $10,000 annual retention bonus

Candidate Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
• Comfortable providing comprehensive eye care across a broad patient population
