We are seeking a motivated, self-driven L3 Infrastructure Engineer to provide advanced technical support across internal and hosted platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 server and infrastructure support across multiple sites (remote).
- Lead and deliver infrastructure projects.
- Manage and support Windows Server environments (2016–2022), Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO), VMware, and Dell infrastructure.
- Support Microsoft technologies including Exchange, M365, and Azure AD.
- Oversee backup, security, networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, LAN/WAN), AWS (backup & DR), and related services.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOX, NIST, and ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
- Maintain configuration documentation and strong change control practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 4+ years’ infrastructure experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and mentor others. xcfaprz
