We are seeking a Labour/Area Manager to oversee Labour supply operations nationwide. This is a pivotal role for a driven professional with strong client management skills, a deep understanding of construction recruitment, and the ability to lead and grow a regional business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support our current workforce across multiple live projects
- Build, maintain, and grow client relationships with contractors and projects.
- Drive business development and secure new supply contracts.
- Ensure full compliance
- Attend client meetings and site visits to maintain service levels and identify opportunities
- Proven track record in construction labour supply recruitment.
- Strong client network within Irish construction industry. xcfaprz
- Demonstrated experience in business development and account management
- Leadership and operational management experience.
- Full clean driving licence
