• Full site management and day-to-day operations
  
• Managing subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
  
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
  
• Liaising with project management, engineers, and design teams
  
• Maintaining site records, programmes, and reporting

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
  
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards
  
• Ability to manage projects from groundworks through to handover
  
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
