Now they are hiring AI Engineering Leaders to design, optimise, and roll out their next generation of applied AI products and product features.

You will join a growing international team, working closely with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Engineering Directors and Data Engineers. You will use advanced Large Language Models to build scalable, production-ready systems that power real customer experiences.
What you will do- Identify and optimise large language models for core product use cases.
- Build and deploy AI features and intelligent automation tools.
- Engineer AI systems that integrate seamlessly across data and compliance platforms.
- Collaborate with agile Scrum teams to deliver customer-facing AI products.
- Lead by example, mentor engineers, and drive coding excellence.
- Customer-facing AI agents for global financial clients. (Investment banking etc.)
- Secure data access and streamlining systems. (AI-driven automation to process, secure, and optimize customer data flows, enhancing efficiency and compliance.)
- Must be coming from a software engineering background. A hands-on engineer or architect is preferred. Ideally someone currently working in a scrum team.
- Deep technical expertise in AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
- Hands‑on engineering skills with Python, PyTorch, LangChain, and transformers.
