Assistant Mechanical Project Manager

• Collaborate with the Directors to oversee and supervise the installation of building systems, ensuring high standards of work.
  
• Specify and establish maintenance and operating procedures for building systems.
  
• Manage and forecast project spend to ensure work stays within budget.
  
• Work with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings, and use CAD software to design systems.
  
• Liaise with other professionals, such as structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and in-house project teams.
  
• Attend project and technical meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Ensure that all design and maintenance work complies with legislative requirements and health and safety standards.
  

• 
  
• A relevant degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 2-3 years of experience working in a related industry.
  
• Previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry is highly desirable.
  
• Capable of converting written and verbal instructions into accurate 2D/3D drawings.
  
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  
• Able to work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of using their own initiative.
  
• A strong problem solver, with the ability to generate practical solutions to complex challenges.
