Clare Salary: Up to €45,000 DOE The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced and passionate Hotel Bar Manager to lead the bar operation of a well-established hotel in Ennis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy bar department, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing and developing a high-performing team.
The Bar Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel bar, ensuring high standards of service, profitability, stock control, and staff performance.
This role requires a strong leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for customer service excellence.
The Duties Manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel bar.
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, HACCP, and licensing regulations.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Drive sales through menu development, promotions, and upselling strategies.
Monitor labour costs and manage rosters in line with business needs.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service at all times.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and operational targets.
The Must Requirements to Be Considered Must have experience in Hospitality.
Must have experience in a similar Bar Manager role or be ready to step forward in your career into a management position.
Must have strong leadership and team management skills.
Must be customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
The Salary & Benefits Salary per annum: Negotiable, up to €45,000 DOE.
