Details:

• Base salary range: $255,000 $275,000

• Bonus opportunities:

  • $40,000 for averaging 20 patients/day

  • $80,000 for averaging 23 patients/day

• Four weeks of paid vacation

• Malpractice and tail coverage fully paid

• Primarily clinic-based care with very light nursery duties

• Minimal call responsibilities
