Wood Operator Assembly Eindhoven

As a wood operator assembly at HQ Pack, you are an essential part of the woodworking department. You take care of assembling industrial wooden packaging and handling various woodworking tasks. You work independently on detailed work orders and ensure that the final product meets all quality standards. You also support and guide newer team members by sharing your knowledge. Your main responsibilities are: 

• Independently assembling wooden industrial packaging.
• Ensuring dimensional accuracy and overall quality of wooden parts.
• Supporting and instructing new team members.
• Detecting and resolving deviations or production errors.

We offer a full-time postition in 2 shifts. You can count on:

• A salary of €3,094.20 gross per month, including an 18% shift allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0,23 per km starting from 10km. 
• 28 vacation days and 8% holiday pay based on a 40-hour workweek.

You are a cooperative worker with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to deliver high‑quality results. You enjoy technical tasks and feel comfortable in a hands‑on environment. You also bring:

• Proven knowledge of woodworking and machinery.
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong command of the English language.
