The Role:
My client, an Elite Trading firm are seeking a Network Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities Troubleshoot, Engineer and optimise the HFT network Designing cloud based integrations Managing market connectivity Managing Data Center implementations Configuration reviews and audits Requirements
3-4 years of Network experience, ideally in a similar role Strong knowledge of Cisco / Arista Some Linux experience Multicast experience highly desirable (PIM, IGMP etc.) BGP / OSPF experience Experience within VXLAN / EVPN overlay tech Virtualisation experience (VMware, KVM, Proxmox etc.) VPN configuration Network automation experience useful (Python, Ansible) Experience working within AWS, GCP or Azure useful
