QA Manager Location: Milton Keynes | Hybrid (3 days onsite) Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and evolve the QA function across both manual and automated testing
* Drive a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality early in the development lifecycle
* Develop and implement new QA strategies, working closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams to embed quality into delivery
* Own and deliver the test automation strategy, supporting the transition from manual to automated testing
* Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to improve quality outcomes
* Ensure QA best practices are consistently applied across Agile teams
