Financial Controller

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of all financial operations and play a key role in driving business performance.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial insight.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including month-end and year-end close
• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
• Lead and develop finance team members (where applicable)
• Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and controls

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical ability
• Confident communicator who can influence non-finance xcfaprz stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
