Technical Lead - ML Platform - 130-140k - Hybrid Dublin - No Visa Sponsorship

Great role for you ML engineers who work in supporting the algos in production.

The landscape:

SME SaaS company in Dublin, has a great brand identity and has the structures in place for you to succeed. It is not a scrappy environment in that respect but still has the many hats wearing components to make sure you are not bored!

Looking for an experienced technical lead who can still be on hands-on and chip in with lines of code etc but also can do the people management piece too, KPIs, PIPs etc.

They have a small but growing team of engineers, you'll have 3 direct reports.

Your direct report is a really cool, laid back fella too.

Technically speaking:

You will be a Python aficionado

You will be experienced with the ML/DevOps bits and pieces, pipelines etc.

You will have solid SWE experience, who can own code end to end from a backend perspective, build, deploy and maintain. xcfaprz

Strong AWS experience but general cloud platform experience across other services is good too.

So, if you like to keep your hands dirty in the code, love the technical architecture side of things and most importantly, lead by example and setting the goals of your team.
