Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and integrate new products into existing manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support long‑term engineering strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a strong problem‑solving culture.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, automation, and cross‑functional teams to optimise operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards; participate in audits.
- Assist with capital expenditure planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Improve engineering systems, documentation, and processes to support operational excellence.
- Contribute to cost‑reduction and process‑enhancement programmes.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support wider engineering and organisational goals.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ engineering experience, including direct NPI involvement.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Strong experience working with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. xcfaprz
