Technical Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives across Commercial, Technology, and third‑party partners. This senior role acts as the key link between business goals and technical execution, ensuring smooth delivery from backlog to release.

This role reports to the Head of IT Development. This is a hybrid position which is onsite 3 days in Dublin City Centre.

• 
  
• Coordinate Commercial, Technology, and external delivery partners.
  
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  
• Support backlog refinement and define user stories with clear requirements.
  
• Oversee technical design considerations and challenge estimates where needed.
  
• Ensure environments, testing, and releases are well‑managed and timely.
  
• Manage third‑party software delivery and app store submissions (where required).
  

• 
  
• ~10 years’ experience, including 3–5 years in software development and 3–5 years in technical leadership or delivery management.
  
• Experience leading Agile teams in a regulated environment.
  
• Strong background in SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, Git, and delivery tools (Jira/Azure DevOps).
  
• Ability to engage confidently with developers, architects, QA, and vendors.
  
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• A third-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
