Our client, a reputable and growing property developer specializing in medium-sized residential and commercial developments, is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their dynamic team. • Manage all on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  
• Lead and motivate a team of site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
  
• Oversee quality control and ensure work is delivered to agreed specifications.
  
• Manage materials procurement and site logistics.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with residential or mixed-use development projects.
  
• A strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• A solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
