• Co‑ordinate Fund Registrations with the appointed Registration Agent.
  
• Oversee all deliverables to local regulators and local service providers, ensuring requirements are met.
  
• Assist with client queries regarding registration requirements in specified jurisdictions including fees, appointments of local agents, timelines for registration, translation requirements and oversight of continued reporting obligations in each jurisdiction.

• Assist with upfront and on‑going due diligence on appointed distributors and platforms contracted to Fundrock Management Company (Ireland) Limited via the Global Distribution Service.
  
• Responsibility for the operational on‑boarding of Funds onto distribution platforms – completion of on‑boarding templates and data platform integration where required.
  
• Review of each distribution / platform agreement to ensure all reporting obligations are understood and documented.
  
• Annual Financials / EMT / PRIIPS / Annual and Semi‑platform/distributor – responsible for documentation maintenance and dissemination for each.

• Maintenance and update of each client’s Registration Matrix.
  
• Maintenance and update of each client’s Distributor / Platform Matrix.
  
• Maintenance and update of each client’s Management Company Report on a quarterly basis.
  

• 
  
• Review of monthly IM checklists and escalation where required.
  
• Review of monthly administrator reports and escalation where required.
  

• 
  
• Effectively contribute in all relevant communication forums through being suitably prepared and performing the delivery of verbal and written submissions / conclusions as appropriate.

• Excellent administrative, organisational, and business support skills.
  
• Strong communication skills with experience in managing multiple internal and external relationships.
  
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
  
• Proactive and able to work independently, but also with your team.
  
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Sound procedural, technical and product knowledge of your specific functional responsibility and the entire business / funds industry is preferred.
  
• 3 to 5 years’ financial service experience, preferably with exposure to the fund industry.
