About

Summary Responsible for supporting Parkview Health's application and identity security environment through strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices. The role provisions and de provisions user access across multiple applications and security architectures and supports application security, IAM, and automation initiatives. It responds to access and security requests from all levels of the organization while ensuring changes do not disrupt clinical workflows, organizational efficiency, or compromise patient safety. The role also assists with the execution of information security policies and procedures, including testing, training, and day to day security operations. Key Responsibilities Fusion Security Management: Administer security for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including the creation, modification, and auditing of user accounts and permissions. RBAC Design: Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) to ensure the principle of least privilege is applied across HCM, ERP, and SCM modules. LBAC Implementation: Manage Location-Based Access Controls (LBAC) to restrict sensitive healthcare data access based on network zones and geographic locations. IAM Integration: Support the integration and daily management of our central Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to streamline provisioning and de-provisioning workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders in varying operational areas to achieve least privileged roles while providing access to critical business functions. Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular access reviews and security audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and internal security policies. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Knowledge of IAM best practices required. Experience in Healthcare, HR, ERP, or Supply Chain preferred. Cloud, On-premise, and hybrid application experience preferred. Industry certification although not required, is highly desirable.
