We are seeking a skilled professional to resolve software, hardware, and network issues, offering technical assistance to a diverse range of customers and support specialists. This role involves supporting both Windows and Mac OS platforms, ensuring seamless operation in a variety of environments. This is a contract position, offering a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. This is a 100% onsite position in Columbus, OH. All candidates must be local to the Columbus, OH metro area for consideration. Required Experience
3+ years of experience in desktop support, with hands-on experience supporting laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices. Proficiency in supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments. Experience with audio/visual equipment used in teaching, meeting, and event spaces. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when necessary. Organized and systematic approach to managing information and documentation. DESIRED SKILLS
Experience with network troubleshooting Familiarity with classroom technology installations or educational environments Leadership capabilities in managing projects and assignments. #PSI2
