About
*Advantage Mechanical Inc.* is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, commissioning, and maintaining a range of commercial HVAC systems.
*Requirements:*
* 5+ years of HVAC service experience
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* High school diploma or equivalent
* EPA 608 certification
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
*Responsibilities:*
* Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, MUAs, Exhaust Fans, Split Systems, Hydronics)
* Commission new equipment
* Perform routine maintenance and ensure energy efficiency
* Communicate repair and maintenance options to clients
* Maintain accurate service records

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
