Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and potential damage.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all established Safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure the correct and consistent use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
