Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is vital to our logistics operations, involving the handling and movement of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. You'll work alongside a team of professionals in a dynamic setting, ensuring that all products are handled with care and accuracy. Compliance with all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in the warehousing and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated areas.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Utilize required PPE correctly and consistently.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking processes.
  • This position requires frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
