We have an exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in our Orlando, Florida location. This role is critical to our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed and dispatched with accuracy and speed. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, verifying their accuracy against order forms, and carefully packing them for shipment to our valued customers. This fast-paced position requires excellent attention to detail, physical dexterity, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a key role in our daily operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols diligently.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking/packing role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Must comply with all PPE requirements.
