Job Summary:
Join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a Material Handler and be a vital part of our logistics operations. We are looking for energetic individuals to support the efficient movement of goods throughout our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking materials, picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to following Safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE. You will work collaboratively with other warehouse associates to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming materials.
  • Pick and stage materials for production or shipment.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and tidying.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Assist with inventory counts as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Understand and contribute to efficient logistics processes.
  • Prioritize Safety in all material handling activities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or material handler role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent and significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with warehouse Safety guidelines and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to Safety.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
