Your responsibilities will span various aspects of the fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counting.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform tasks that involve substantial Lifting, often exceeding 40 lbs.
- Understand and implement best practices in logistics and material handling.
- Uphold high standards of Safety in all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
