You will be directly involved in the core of our logistics operations, responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently. You will work with advanced warehouse systems and equipment to manage inventory and process orders. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment sheets or scans.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and wear designated PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred. Ability to handle moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 45 pounds. Willingness to wear all required PPE. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A strong commitment to workplace Safety. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods. This role is crucial for our logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
