This role is multifaceted, involving order fulfillment, inventory control, and general warehouse support. You will be responsible for picking products, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing outgoing orders. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, requiring all team members to adhere to protocols and utilize necessary PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Process outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the distribution center.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear mandatory PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
- Support receiving and stocking functions as required.
Qualifications:
Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred. Must be capable of frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds. Commitment to wearing all required PPE. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A proactive approach to Safety and following instructions. Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift. This role is fundamental to our logistics flow and customer satisfaction.
