We place a high priority on workplace safety, ensuring all team members are trained on proper procedures and utilize the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical activity, including the safe lifting of packages and materials, often exceeding 40 lbs. You will be operating various material handling equipment and must demonstrate proficiency and safety consciousness. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking items accurately.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
  • Strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is beneficial.

Compensation:
Earn $17.50 per hour in this role, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and career advancement within our distribution network.
