Your role will involve accurately picking products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners, carefully packing orders, and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. This position is key to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and error-free order fulfillment. You will also participate in receiving inbound goods, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Safety is paramount; all team members receive thorough safety training and are required to use appropriate PPE. The job requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of up to 35 lbs and standing for extended periods throughout the shift. Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock new inventory onto shelves and designated locations.
- Assist with regular inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
