Our warehouse in Miami, Florida is looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to support our daily operations. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise. A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions are vital. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Store inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory control and stocktaking.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
- Proficiency in using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
