This role involves a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, sorting, and stocking inventory. - Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper documentation.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required by the specific task.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to handle physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety practices is important. Reliable transportation and a punctual attendance record are essential.
