Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize materials.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight.
- Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and staging processes.
- Conduct routine pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies, procedures, and mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems.
- Unwavering commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE.
