Our Seattle, Washington, warehouse is looking for motivated Picker/Packers to join our dedicated team! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment, upholding our standards for quality and speed. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order slips or scanner data.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain optimal levels of inventory accuracy through diligent scanning.
- Keep packing stations and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet daily productivity goals for picking and packing operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Capability for regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management systems.
- Dedication to workplace safety and adherence to logistics protocols.
- Good manual dexterity and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
