Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
  • Accurately pick products from inventory locations based on order requirements.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Sort, organize, and stage products for outbound logistics.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification and training provided).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center, including aisles and work areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE in a logistics environment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
