About
We are looking for dedicated Pickers/Packers to join our busy warehouse in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Your responsibilities will include locating items in the warehouse, picking them accurately, and preparing them for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of quality and Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse technology.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Perform tasks involving Lifting of products, adhering to safe lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
