Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. This position is crucial to our operational efficiency and requires a strong focus on detail, speed, and adherence to safety standards. You will be a key contributor to our supply chain excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets with high accuracy.
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring products are protected for transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to established logistics procedures.
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks such as cycle counting.
  • Meet established productivity and quality performance metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and support overall warehouse goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the entire shift.
  • Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and a strong safety record.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new processes.
