Become a key player in our efficient logistics network as a Fulfillment Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves the precise handling of products through various stages of the fulfillment process, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, playing a vital part in our company's reputation for excellent service. This position demands accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety within our warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets within the logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient order processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and practices.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
