Join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, fulfilling orders accurately, packing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center and meeting customer demands efficiently. Your commitment to detail and teamwork will be key to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Pick items for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders with care to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, racks, and common areas.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting productivity and quality standards within our logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse duties.
