About
We are looking for an energetic Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is fundamental to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, accurately packaging them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work quickly and accurately. Key responsibilities include using scanning equipment to track inventory, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked, and applying appropriate packaging materials. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and you will be expected to follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the warehouse. Contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network is essential.
