We are hiring Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is integral to our logistics and supply chain operations, demanding reliability, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks essential to warehouse functioning, including loading and unloading trucks, moving materials within the warehouse, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be an important part of ensuring our products are handled with care and efficiency from receipt to shipment. Safety is our highest priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe working environment are non-negotiable. This position involves considerable physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, but a strong willingness to learn and contribute is highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers.
- Move materials using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Stock received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to safety and use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
