Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our busy facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, encompassing a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient flow of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy. Safety is paramount in our warehouse; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and has the physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving throughout their shift. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our distribution center. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently and accurately.
  • Pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and safely for shipment.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Meet performance targets for productivity and accuracy.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
