Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists, utilizing RF scanners.
- Ensure correct quantities and product types are selected.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Conduct quality checks to identify any damaged or incorrect items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Operate pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
- Adhere to all company policies, especially those concerning safety and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Employ safe Lifting techniques at all times.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 45 pounds repetitively.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
