Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse inventory accurately.
- Use handheld scanners or pick lists to guide picking process.
- Verify product information against order requirements.
- Ensure picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Stage picked items for the packing process.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear required PPE as mandated by safety procedures.
- Perform lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs, as needed.
- Contribute to the overall accuracy and speed of our logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability for lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player with good communication skills.
