Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Baltimore, Maryland! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for picking products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets and carefully packing them for shipment. Accuracy and speed are key as you contribute to our goal of outstanding customer service. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic. This position involves navigating through the warehouse, utilizing scanning equipment, and ensuring that all items are handled with care. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE, is paramount. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, from initial picking to final packaging. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Frequent Lifting of boxes and products will be a part of your daily duties. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also expected. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required. We value teamwork and a positive attitude.
