Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from warehouse stock.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the logistics supply chain.
- Identify and report any operational issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
