Our Fort Worth, Texas warehouse is seeking a versatile Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution is vital to ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment, supporting our overall logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned to support logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions and product labels.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse safety practices.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
