Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics hub in Phoenix as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support various warehouse functions, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. You will be involved in a range of activities, from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately stock shelves and maintain inventory organization within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment in accordance with Safety standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
  • Understand and implement effective Logistics and material handling best practices.
  • Be vigilant in identifying and reporting potential hazards to maintain a secure workplace.
  • This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and regular Lifting.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of warehouse equipment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and Safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret order tickets and product codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring significant standing, movement, and Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
