Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy, quality, and damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately to packages.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to warehouse safety standards.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods to a supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as receiving or stocking.
- Understand and adhere to all Logistics best practices.
- Be prepared for physical demands including repetitive motion and significant Lifting throughout your shift.
- Prioritize Safety in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order tickets.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
