This role is essential for the efficient functioning of our distribution center, covering a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and packing. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and that orders are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, verifying contents, stocking shelves, pulling items for orders, and preparing shipments for transit. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and you'll need to be adaptable and productive. A good understanding of warehouse logistics is helpful, but we provide thorough training. This position involves regular physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Experience with material handling equipment like pallet jacks is a plus. Your safety is our utmost concern; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and record keeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Support general warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.
